Why not a brunch?
If we are the area in charge of organizing the event and we want to give an injection of energy for the new year to come, in addition to innovate and differentiate us from previous years, it would be a good choice not to turn on the computers for a day and enjoy a morning or special noon.
We propose a menu in the format of breakfast or brunch, to impress the stomach of the attendants and invites them to try something of the latest tendencies when eating different.
In addition, during or after eating, a Team Building activity, which enhances both professional and human team capabilities, can be a good complement. A Christmas bakery workshop can also improve our interpersonal relationships.

The classic “Christmas dinners” have changed in their way to make something more than eating all around a table. If we want something different from the conventional dinner time, we can also get the participation of all members, who for family reasons prefer an activity during the day.
